Through engaging regularly with reflective practice, I was able to come to conclusions on how I could enhance my teaching and enrich the learning for my students. Throughout my masters programme as well as my school placement experiece, I compiled several documents of reflective practce. Regular reflections on my work over time has allowed for me to develop a deeper understandding of teaching in general as well as providing me with  a personalised record of my journey in teaching.
